How to book your spot & attend a webinar
To attend a webinar hosted on Knowledge Lab, you need to first book your spot to receive the link & join.
Follow these steps:
Step 1
Visit Knowledge Lab Kenya and log into your profile (top right corner).
*Please note: If you do not have a profile, you need to register your account before continuing. Click here for guidance on how to register your profile.
Step 2
Visit the Course & Webinars page via the following link: https://kenya.knowledgelab.health/OnlineLearning/Courses
*Please note: If you have a direct link to the webinar page, you can click it and proceed to Step 4.
Step 3
Locate the webinar you want to join from the available activities and click in Read More.
You will be directed to the webinar page.
Step 4
Click on the Access button on the webinar page to enter in the Knowledge Lab training portal.
*Please note: The Access button is on bottom of the page when accessing via mobile device.
Step 5
In the training portal, follow the instructions and click to Book Your Spot.
Step 6
Click on the Register button on the Teams Event to book your spot and receive the Teams Webinar Link to join.
Step 7
Once completed, you will receive a calendar invite with the link to join.
IMPORTANT – You need to join the webinar from the link received and NOT from the Knowledge Lab platform as your spot has been booked.
