How to register a profile
Registering a profile on the Knowledge Lab Kenya platform is a quick and easy process. It is important to have access to an active email account as you will be required to confirm your account via email confirmation.
Follow these steps:
Step 1
Visit Knowledge Lab Kenya and click on Register (top right corner).
Here is a link to the Registration page: https://kenya.knowledgelab.health/Account/Register.
Step 2
Complete the required information and click on Register.
Select the following while registering:
- Select Council Number
- Select your Registered Council (e.g. Pharmacy & Poisons Board - PPB)
- Specify your Profession
- Enter your Professional Number as registered with your council
*Pease note: We capture sensitive personal information (Gender, Race / Ethnicity & Date-of-Birth) during registration as it is a reporting requirement for hosting donor funded programs / initiatives - which we want to do in the future to provide additional value to pharmacists / HCPs in Kenya.
You will be directed to the following screen once completed from where you can resend your account verification email if not received the first time.
Step 3
Check your email as you will receive an account confirmation email at the email address used to register.
Click to confirm your Knowledge Lab account as directed.
*Please note: If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting the Platform Support Team.
Step 4
Once you have confirmed your Knowledge Lab account, you can access the platform by logging in with your user details.
- Visit the Knowledge Lab platform at https://kenya.knowledgelab.health/.
- Click on Login in the top right corner.
- Enter your Username and Password and click on Log in.
